How/When do I pay for RnR classes?
A non-refundable $25 yearly registration fee is due at the start of enrollment.
There is a a $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of enrollment. Tuition is due on or before the first class is scheduled. Please write the student's first and last name as well as class on each check.
Tuition is not pro-rated and will not be refunded for missed classes.

No refunds or prorating for tuition. • A late fee of $10.00 (per child) per week will be charged for payments received later than the week due (see payment schedule). • A bank fee of $50.00 will be charged for each returned or re-deposited check.
What should my child wear for class?
For the safety of all of our gymnasts, there is no jewelry in the gym - please remove all watches, earrings, medals, etc. Also, no buttons, snaps, or zippers on any clothing worn in the gym.
Girls should wear leotards and bare feet. If desired, shorts and/or footless tights. Hair pulled back securely.
Boys should wear athletic shorts, t-shirts, and bare feet.
What if my child will be absent?
If you know your child will be absent, please notify somebody at the front desk before the class begins. Classes may only be made up in the event of an illness.
If there is going to be a prolonged absence, please notify the front desk in order to secure your child(s) spot in his/her class. ***
If there is no communication made with the front desk after 2 consecutive classes being missed, your child(s) spot will be forfeited.
How will I know about a class cancellation?
Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced on our Facebook pages, this R&R gymnastics website and via email.
You may also call the gym to listen for a recorded message.
When this happens, the class that was cancelled will be resceduled by staff.
Are your teachers qualified?
All of our coaches and instructors are Safety Certified and have MANY years experience with gymnastics and in a gym setting as a coach.

Is there a make-up policy?
Due to severe weather, class cancellation will be announced on our voicemail at 508-865-7440. These classes will be rescheduled by staff.
General class make-ups may only be used for illnesses.
The front desk must be notified before a class is missed in order to receive a make-up.
A make-up must be scheduled within 2 weeks from the date missed.
If a make-up class is missed it becomes forfeited.
If there is going to be a prolonged absence, please notify the front desk. If there are two consecutive classes missed with no notification, the child will lose his/her spot in the class.
The gym will be closed on Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Dec. 31st, Jan 1st & Memorial Day.
Also: December 25th - through Dec. 31st and April 16th through April 22nd (these weeks have been deleted from payment schedule)
What are the basic gym rules?
Only gymnasts and staff are allowed in the gym area, per order of our insurance company. Parents and non-participating children must remain in our observation area.
Non-participating children must be supervised at all times, including in the bathroom and parking lot areas. Please encourage courtesy.
Students must enter gym with a teacher only and must not use equipment without supervision.
Please pick up your child promptly after class. For safety reasons, children should wait inside the building, not in the parking lot.
Please do not park in front of the main entrance.
For the health of our gymnasts, smoking is prohibited in the building.
Please ve sure to keep food and drinks in designated areas only, and dispose of your litter responsibly.
